- 1). Hold your ink stamp by the die holder.
- 2). Pull the top plug to remove the stamp from the die holder. This frees up the inside for cleaning.
- 3). Dump out any ink that remains inside the die holder. While still holding the die holder upside down, bang it a few times against a surface that you don't mind getting ink on, such as a piece of scrap wood. This can help dislodge dried ink and clean out the holder.
- 4). Replace the ink you removed by putting a few drops into the die holder. Reassemble the stamp.
- 5). Try to use the stamp again. If it still seems clogged, stamp a few times onto the adhesive side of clear tape to remove any particles that were shaken loose during the cleaning process.
