How to Remove Deodorant & Sweat Stains From a Shirt

    • 1). Rinse the stain with cool or cold tap water and set aside.

    • 2). Crush the aspirin tablets with the back of a wooden spoon and place the crushed aspirin in a bowl. Add the cream of tartar and warm water. Using the non-bristled end of the toothbrush, combine mixture to form a paste.

    • 3). Apply the paste to the sweat stains and work in with the bristled end of the toothbrush. Let paste sit from 20 minutes to two hours depending on the severity of the stain.

    • 4). Rinse the paste off with warm water. Toss in the washing machine and launder as usual with your regular laundry detergent.
