- 1). Toss one or two curtain panels in the dryer with a damp washcloth. Tumble dry on low about 20 minutes. You can also wash them, per label instructions, and then dry them to remove the wrinkles.
- 2). Iron the backside of the curtain using the setting recommended on the care label. Use a pressing cloth with some panels, such as those made from suede, to avoid damaging the fabric.
- 3). Steam curtains that are still hanging up with a garment steamer, holding it about 3 inches from the fabric.
- 4). Hang synthetic sheer curtains up immediately after laundering them. They will dry quickly and hanging will eliminate any wrinkles.
