- 1). Use the palm of your hand to smooth out the wrinkles in your suede skirt. Pull gently on the fabric in opposite directions with your hands to see if the wrinkles release.
- 2). Heat your iron to a temperature of 60 to 80 degrees Fahrenheit. Make sure the iron does not reach a higher temperature, as the heat will singe the suede skirt.
- 3). Place the suede skirt on the ironing board, and place a dampened cloth on top of the suede skirt.
- 4). Run the iron over an inconspicuous area of the suede skirt. If the suede is not damaged, iron the entire skirt on one side.
- 5). Switch the skirt to the other side and reapply the damp cloth. Iron the other side of the skirt.
