How to Take the Oven Door Off of GE Spectra XL44
- 1). Turn the oven off and allow it to cool down completely before removing the door.
- 2). Open the oven door a few inches until it reaches the special stop position that will hold it open. You will know you’ve reached this position when the door reaches a resistance point while opening it.
- 3). Hold the oven door firmly on each side. Pull the door straight up to remove it from the hinges.
