4 Reasons Why You Should Get Into Bodybuilding
Muscle building has a lot benefits, you go into it with your own agenda but you also get tons of bonuses that you never think about.
I think that sports should be a part of life in general.
I heard a story about guy in his early 20s who died of a heart attack, that seems strange - how can someone die at an early age? From what I heard it was stress, but it's not like he was 60! Here are 4 reasons why I think bodybuilding will do more for you than just make you ripped: 1.
It Will Lower Your Heart Rate As you probably already know the heart is a muscle, when you exercise your heart pumps more blood through your body making it work and your heart being a muscle gradually it gets stronger and needs to do less work, you live longer from that.
2.
Helps Improve Your Sleeping Habits I noticed that when I work out I get better nights of sleep, when I didn't work out I tended to oversleep and I still was tired after waking up.
I don't know if it will apply to you because this is what I personally experienced and it may be different for you.
Sleep is important because your body needs rejuvenate and getting a good nights sleep is good, I don't just mean sleeping enough I also mean that the sleep you get is good and you do not wake up like once every 20 minutes.
3.
Increases Your Lung Capacity Actually this kind of applies more to swimming which I strongly advocate, I used to live not too far from the beach and originally I was afraid of the water, I wish that I stayed there because I started learning how to swim and if you do it right not only will you be able to hold your breath for longer but it will also make your entire body ache, in a good way.
4.
Never Catch a Cold Ever Again Personally I do not remember the last time that I was sick, actually there was this one time but it barely lasted a week and after that I could go back to working out though I still had the virus and it was possible to get sick from hanging out around me.
