How to Lose Belly Fat Without Killing Yourself With Situps and Crunches!

A few years ago I decided to get serious and learn how to lose belly fat.
I was killing myself doing situps and crunches and my stomach was actually bigger than before I started doing them.
Obviously, I was not a fitness expert and was doing something wrong.
Well, after finally discovering the truth about how to get six pack abs, I wanted to pass along what I learned so others won't have to spend money on equipment, pills diets and exercises that don't work.
I learned the hard way like a lot of other people that there is a ton of information out there by people who are all claiming to be experts in diet, fitness and weight loss.
It was really hard to sift through all the information and I didn't know what to believe.
After blowing a fair amount of money and wasting a lot of time, I did make a few discoveries:
  • There isn't any pill that will take belly fat off of you
  • Sit ups and crunches DO NOT burn belly fat
  • Most fad diets do not work
  • You don't need a bunch of expensive exercise equipment to lose belly fat
  • Proper nutrition and mental attitude are even more important than the workout.
  • You lose belly fat by increasing metabolism and hormonal response with your diet and then doing a full body resistance workout to lower body fat percentage.
I don't have a bunch of ab belts and gadgets like you see on TV.
That stuff is junk and doesn't work anyway.
I don't even have a gym membership.
I have a stability ball and a set of powerblock dumbbells and do my entire program in my home.
I don't do situps and crunches.
The program is a total surprise than what you would probably expect.
It's actually a lot of fun! I have adopted a nutrition program that avoids trans fat, hydrogenated oils, high fructose corn syrup and pretty much any junk food or processed foods.
My diet is now based on fruits and vegetables, whole grains, grass fed organic meats, eggs, fish and low fat dairy.
I have lost all my belly fat and now have a ripped set of six pack abs.
I'll never look at junk food the same way again and now I crave healthy food, which I can pig out on all I want! I have confidence like never before and I have never been physically healthier or more energetic in my life.
I'm 48 and I feel 28!
