Is Eating Meats and Vegetables Contracting Colon Cancer?

A friend of mine said that she is having trouble psychologically staying on a diet of meat and vegetables, although they are the only foods she can tolerate except for a few beans-but for years she has been a sort of vegetarian activist sort of type, with real passionate about how meat can cause cancer, etc.
She has been eating meat because of her candida, and getting really sick of eating fish.
So, she ate some brown rice a couple of days ago and slowly getting back into the simple carbs.
She needs to know if eating meat and vegetables will give her the predisposition towards contracting colon cancer.
That is what she believes and she is hoping she can dismantle it because she cannot go on with only by eating vegetables.
Modern meat puts us at risk for the antibiotics that are given them as well as any steroid shots, but I don't think you will develop cancer from having to nibble on them with this diet.
This is the reason: You said that you are already be able to take in simple carbs.
You soon will be able to push some of the meat aside.
The diet seems to be lifting your immune system, which will ward away any fear you will get cancer from that.
Persons who develop cancer indulge a whole life time of chewing down meats with fat included.
Mostly toxins are in the fats.
Free range animals are more healthy animals and you will benefit from that alone.
Since I have been on the web, I have learned how everything we eat and drink can make us ill.
So do some looks in herbs and antioxidants in warding away cancer, and try not to catch yourself running in circles.
That's what you're doing now, I know because I do it.
Just stop that! Gauge how long you've been on this diet and how long it's been that you seen improvements, focus on the improvements and feel that this will be a short length of time.
If you are a person who reads the bible, it says somewhere that we should eat meat when we crave it.
But that is not by today's standards at all.
With this diet we must rely on meet until our bodies get strong enough not to need it everyday.
I am not a vegetarian but don't care to eat meat very much myself.
