How Can I Make a PCMCIA Card CD Drive Bootable?

- 1). Restart your computer.
- 2). Press the appropriate keyboard key needed to enter your computer's BIOS (see References). The key will be listed on screen as well as on the Internet.
- 3). Enter the "Boot" BIOS option by highlighting it with your keyboard arrow keys and hitting "Enter."
- 4). Change the device listed under "Primary" to your PCMCIA Card CD Drive. This will notify your BIOS that you'd like to boot off the media that is in the drive, as opposed to your hard disk drive.
- 5). Highlight and select the "Save Changes and Exit" BIOS menu option. Your computer will now boot off your PCMCIA Card CD drive once it restarts.
