Boosting Your Metabolism: Some people are lucky and already have a metabolism that burns any thing they stuff in there mouths.
On the other hand there is people like me that can get fat on celery.
The difference is in the genes that you were handed down to you by your parents, your genetic make up.
Some people burn energy different than others.
Like a person who is genetically muscle bound burns more calories than the person who my be wide boned, even if they are both very active.
The good news is even the wide boned person can learn to increase there metabolism by doing a few simple things through out their day to turn your metabolism in to a calorie burning machine.
Yes, this is done through diet and exercise but it don't have to be three two hours in the gym, or trying to wolf down foods you don't like.
You need to reverse the high calorie intake so your taking in less calories than your metabolism is burning.
If you burn thirty-eight hundred calories just with light physical activities, and you adjust your intake to thirty-three hundred calories a day, you will loose a pound a week.
It takes thirty-five hundred calories to shed one pound of fat.
That's taken in five-hundred less calories a day than your body needs to maintain its size per day.
Now add some cardio to this and some simple exercises you can get your body to burn even more calories through out the day keeping your metabolism up where it needs to be.

Now remember when I said diet? Well that was a lie! You need to make a life change and start eating smart foods.
You want to eat foods that take the most calories to digest, I found out that they just seem to blow by the burgers and fries.
So you might try eating more foods with protein and high fiber vegetables and fruits.
Try to use fruits and nuts as snacks.
Foods that take the body longer to process burns more calories.
Skipping meals is also a no-no.
This will put your metabolism in the defensive mode and it will slow down and burn fewer calories.
You want to eat five to six times a day, but with smaller amounts of food.
Spread the calories you take in through out your entire day.
Don't eat off a plate during your meals, instead use a saucer and eat smaller portions.
