Rob Nevins Skinny Switch Secret Review - What I Think
You may have seen the infomercials on television about Rob Nevins Skinny Switch Secret.
It is an eating plan developed to help people burn fat rather than just lose weight.
After studying the diet as I am trying to lose weight myself I decided to give my opinion with my Rob Nevins Skinny Switch Secret Review.
Before I start I would like to point out that any attempt at losing weight requires a few different ingredients if you will excuse the pun.
No matter what diet you subscribe to you will not lose weight unless you are willing to give it your all.
There is no point in spending time and effort to drop the pounds if you are going to miss the odd day and snack then pretend it does not count.
The second vital ingredient is to have a plan that you can easily follow.
This may sound obvious but I have spoken to so many people who have said they tried a diet just because it was the one everyone was talking about at the time.
This I am afraid is just marketing, just because everyone is talking about it you cannot determine a conclusion from that.
So what do I think of the Skinny switch secret? Well the body is an amazing thing and if we treat it right we can coax it into the shape we want.
This is basically the premise of Robs diet, or eating plan as he calls it.
The idea is that you work with the bodies natural tendencies to encourage the burning of fat.
Now it is a bit of a misnomer what people talk about losing weight, what they actually mean is that they want to burn fat and keep the muscle.
It is the muscle that gives us our definition and the fat that hides the muscle.
The skinny switch provides a custom eating plan where you can include the food you like with meals that encourage the body to burn fat.
Whilst the result is that you do lose weight although I am not sure if I list both fat and muscle as there was no way for me to tell.
The meals are interesting but I did find that it was difficult to follow the eating plans over a long period of time so I did reduce my portions after a few weeks.
I know this sounds very strange but some of the portions you are expected to eat some days re in my opinion too much.
