Portege M200 Tablet Specs

    • The Toshiba Portege M200 Tablet offers the user full notebook functionality and also provides the touchscreen benefits of a Tablet PC. It was released in 2004 and runs on the Microsoft Windows XP Tablet PC Edition operating system, but it has since been discontinued from production.

    • The M200 uses Intel's Pentium M 1.5 gigahertz processor, with a 400 megahertz data bus speed, and has an NVIDIA GeForce FX Go5200 32 megabyte graphics card built in.

    Memory

    • The tablet comes with a 40 gigabyte hard drive and 512MB of DDR SDRAM, which can be upgraded to a maximum of 2GB.

    Physical Attributes

    • The M200 weighs 4.4 lbs and measures 11.6 inches wide, 9.8 inches deep and 1.5 inches high. The screen is 12.1 iches and supports 24 million colors and a maximum resolution of 1400 by 1050. The screen is attached to a pivot, meaning it can be swiveled around on its axis.

    • Toshiba has included two high-speed USB ports, a 10/100 Ethernet port, 802.11 b wireless ability, one Infrared port, one VGA port, one cardbus port, a 56 kbps fax/modem port, a microphone port and a headphone jack.

    Battery

    • The computer comes with a lithium-ion battery with 4400 mAh capacity and is capable of up to 4.34 hours of run time.

    Input

    • The M200 uses a keyboard, a multi-touch mouse pad and a Tablet Pen as input devices. It also allows the use of speech-recognition input through a three microphone array.
