Eat Healthy, Live Healthy

How many times do you have delivered or takeout food in a week? If you have no skills at all in the kitchen and if you are busy balancing a day job and a part time, chances are you live - no, thrive - on fast food for your everyday nourishment.
However, have you ever asked yourself if the food you are eating actually nourishes you, or kills you slowly but surely? Sure it may be filling but that is primarily because it is filled with all the bad stuff you could read right from a cancer guide book.
Before you succumb to the harmful substances of fast food, why not try to go for healthier meals and consequently, a healthier you.
No, healthier meals need not be prepared for 30 minutes in the kitchen - something you do not have the luxury of.
There are actually supermarket items that you could put in your basket without feeling guilty! Instead of munching on a burger for your snack with the fries on the side, why don't you try and grab some apples and grapefruits from the grocery and bring it with you to work.
Fruits are dirt cheap compared to fast food and are just as filling.
You need a really heavy breakfast? Try some cereals with fresh milk or orange juice.
After which, get yourself a granola bar or maybe a poached egg.
It only takes about five minutes to prepare and is healthier than a leftover pizza.
Of course, you can still treat yourself to a cholesterol filled meal every once in a while but greatly reducing it greatly reduces the risks for lifestyle related diseases in the process as well.
Definitely worth every bite, eh?
