This diet was at the height of its popularity then, do it is still very popular today.
I've read a lot of testimonials from men and women who've used this diet and lost a lot of weight with it.
It is certainly a program that can help a lot of people shed a good number of pounds.
Be that as it may, when I read the program, I saw some things that I liked a lot but also some things that I didn't like as much.
