- 1). Download and install a supplement like Media Player Codec Pack for the native program Windows Media Player, which will allow it to play VOB files.
- 2). Connect your Flash drive to your computer's USB port.
- 3). Click the "Open" folder option when it appears on screen. Click "OK." If it doesn't, click "Start" in Windows and select "My Computer" to open the flash drive folder manually.
- 4). Right-click on the VOB file in the flash drive folder. Select "Open with" and then click "Windows Media Player" to begin playing your VOB.
