Known by locals as Comet Pond, this 127-acre cold-water pond lies just north of Hubbardston in central Massachusetts. The pond is stocked with brook, rainbow, and brown trout; and brood stock salmon in the spring and fall. In the winter months, the pond freezes early and thaws late in early spring, which makes it popular destination for ice fishermen.

Popular with anglers, this 617-acre lake shares its borders with a city park and a hospital and is located in the city of Pittsfield. The lake provides parking and a cement fishing pier along with a double concrete boat ramp and is host to a number of weekend fishing derbies during the spring, summer and fall. Although the lake contains an exceptional number of fish naturally, the Division of Fisheries & Wildlife stocks the lake every spring and fall with a variety of trout and brood stock salmon.
