This is a glitzy documentary about the legendary fashion designer Valentino directed by Vanity Fair's Matt Tyrnauer. In 1960 Valentino met Giancarlo Giammetti at a Via Veneto café in Rome, and with Valentino's creative genius and Giammetti's business acumen, they made a huge amount of money. The couturier had many famous clients over his 45 years as a designer, but the one who really made his business take off was Jackie Kennedy.
Valentino lived a lavish lifestyle with multiple residences and a 152-foot yacht. The documentary uses music by Nino Rota.
