How to Edit a Registry With Austrumi
- 1). Insert the Austrumi LiveCD or memory stick into your computer and power it on.
- 2). Press "Enter" when asked if you would like to load from removable media.
- 3). Press "Enter" to boot Austrumi in LiveCD mode.
- 4). Double-click the "WinTools" folder on your desktop.
- 5). Double-click "WinEdit" and then click "Registry" on the main splash screen.
- 6). Select your Windows installation from the list of available volumes on the system. Click "OK."
- 7). Press the "+" key next to the registry entry you would like to expand. Repeat this process until you have browsed to your desired key.
- 8). Double-click the registry entry you would like to modify. You may enter a new name to change it, then press "Enter." You may delete an entry by right-clicking it, then clicking "Delete."
