- 1). Launch Nero. Double click on the shortcut icon or find it on your list of programs.
- 2). Select the Data icon at the top of the Nero menu and click the option for "Make Data Disc."
- 3). Click the "Add" button on the right side of the screen to browse available files and add them to the CD or DVD
- 4). Click the "Finished" button after you have added all the files and folders you want on the CD or DVD.
- 5). Confirm the list of files to be burned and click the "Next" button in the bottom right corner of the screen.
- 6). Place a CD or DVD in the optical drive.
- 7). Choose a name for the project and click the "Burn" button. A message will notify you when the disc has completed burning, and the name you chose will be displayed next to the drive the disc is loaded in.
- 8). Repeat the process if you wish to burn another disc or click the "Exit" button if you are finished.
