Eating healthy is something that all of us should be aware of and strive to do better with.

When you want a snack, instead of reaching for that candy bar - reach in and grab a handful of carrots.
Instead of reaching for that bag of chips (my weakness) - grab a piece of fruit or a little container of yogurt.

You can season them with spices which can make them more appealing to you and your family.
