Jared Fogle"s Subway Diet Review

Jared Fogle became famous in the year 2000 when the story of how he went from being a 425 pounds college student to a 180 student within the space of a single year while eating little other than Subway sandwiches.
On each day, 2 of his 3 meals were at a Subway restaurant near his home at the time.
As soon as the story became public Jared Fogle became a national figure and he was quickly hired by Subway to tell his story to as many people as possible.
This led to a massive increase in sales for Subway and for the creation of what is known as the Subway Diet.
The basic principles of the diet are simple: you eat lunch and dinner at Subway each day.
Breakfast is limited to cereal with skim milk and you're allowed to snack on fruit during the day.
In addition, it is recommended to eat the veggie and turkey subs as these are lean options and balanced nutritionally.
Exercise is also recommended.
After Jared Fogle's story went public many people decided to try the Subway Diet and some of them reported highly positive results.
I happen to agree with the opinion that Subway is one of the healthier choices when it comes to fast food.
I love subs myself.
After a while, Jared Fogle published a book which describes the journey he want through and offers advice on how to take steps to change your life for the better.
This book has excellent reviews and is recommended whether you plan on following this specific diet or not.
Needless to say, you can't expect to eat subs twice a day for the rest of your life.
However, it's good to know that even if you're short on time and have to rely of fast food that there are still choices you can make which can influence your health and weight loss.
