Lemonade Diet - A Very Practical Weight-Reducing Option

Costly diets are tiring.
We're deprived of things we like eating and they mostly hurt our budget.
It's high time we try a simpler and cheaper alternative, like a lemonade diet.
It cleanses our digestive tract, relaxes it, too, and gets rid of toxins and excess fats.
In short, it's all about detoxifying the body systems.
It's all-natural, and bets of all, it's so cheap.
A lemonade diet done for 10 to 40 days gives amazing results.
It's something like a fasting regimen with only lemonade juices allowed for ingestion, and a few other health supplements.
What we need for a lemonade diet is, of course, fresh lemonade juice, pure and non-fluoridated water, maple syrup of grade B, and last, cayenne pepper.
We also need salt-water flush drinks each morning and a laxative tea each evening.
Some 8 glasses of pure water and peppermint tea may also supplement this diet.
To end this regimen, we need a bombardment of citrus juices for about 36 hours immediately prior to concluding the diet, then a gradual introduction of raw veggies and fruits into our system, and finally, cooked vegetables.
A lemonade diet should be observed strictly to be effective.
As with other strict diets, a lemonade diet may cause some side-effects in dieters.
For instance, we may have headaches, nausea, irritability, physical weakness, and slight shaking due to food craving.
These manifestations are often short-lived.
But if they persist it is recommended to abandon a lemonade diet.
If we want a milder lemonade diet version we may try it with some apples and bananas.
Or put in some shredded melon in our lemonade drinks, cherries, grapes, or berries.
Never use sugar, especially white sugar.
Sugar has the tendency to "push out" the benefits of lemonade and other citrus fruits from our body systems.
Munching kiwi fruit also goes well with our lemonade diet.
Our blenders may come in handy if we need to take in some energy-giving fruits.
For a metabolism "rebooting" or cleansing and refreshing recipe to supplement our lemonade diet routine, we may try blending banana, avocado, melon, guava, and honey, of course, all natural.
Never use juice concentrates available in groceries.
We may also put in some fresh and boiled mushrooms (not canned) or broccoli in fruit concoctions we blend together.
We may do with this for a while as we gradually switch to a full-swing lemonade diet.
This prevents putting too much stress on us as when we force ourselves to a drastic lemonade diet.
