There are so many different ways to lose weight.
If you go on the internet there are hundreds if not thousands of different weight loss programs available.
These programs range from the crazy no eating diets to the extreme workout routines.
Normally after a while the garbage diet fads and lame workout routines fail, but there are a few that stay around because they actually work.
Below is a list of weight loss programs that have been around for a while and are proving to be very effective.

P90X -Very intense workout routine plus eating guide.
This is for someone who has at one time been active and was used to working out.

Weight Watchers- Very effective point system of eating.
Many people lose weight using this program.

Nutrisystem- Specialty food program where they actual send you food in the mail.
There are ones specifically for men and women.
Most people who use it, swear by it 4.
Max-OT- a weightlifting program designed to build muscle and burn fat.
This is for more of an athletic type person Obviously 2 of the programs are eating based and two are workout based.
P90X is actually both because it has a meal plan along with the workout.
Both of the workout plans, P90X and Max-OT, are for people who at one time were very physically active or worked out.
Both are quite demanding on the body and if you are extremely overweight I would not recommend them.
All in all these programs will help you lose weight.
Whichever you choose, whether it be an eating or workout program, all have been proven to lose weight.
