How to Connect a Sony DVPS 725d DVD Player to an Amp
- 1). Connect the yellow, white and red plugs on one end of the AV cables to the three matching color jacks on the Sony DVPS 725d DVD player.
- 2). Plug in the other ends of the cables into a set of three AV input jacks on the back of an amplifier. Use the jacks labeled for a DVD player, or any set of AV jacks. Make a note of which set is used.
- 3). Press the power button on the Sony and the amp, then dial the amplifier's selector knob to the set of jacks that connect it to the DVD player. The amplifier remote control may be used as well.
