  Hanna is a small town in east-central Alberta, located about 2 hours north of Calgary. It has an impressive number of recreational opportunities and businesses for a rural community of only 2,847 inhabitants. Approximately 250 businesses are located in Hanna, and the town's main industries are agriculture, mining, oil, gas and electricity. Recreational activities that can be enjoyed in the area include tennis, golfing, curling, rodeo, swimming, camping, boating, fishing and hunting.
