How to Use Clear Stamps

- 1). Remove the clear stamp from the sheet of plastic and stick it to an acrylic stamp block. The back of the stamp should automatically cling to the back.
- 2). Rub a pencil eraser over the entire front of the stamp if it's the first time the stamp is being used. New clear stamps have a film over the front that makes it difficult for the ink to stick.
- 3). Brush off any eraser residue from the stamp with a damp paper towel. Pat it dry with a dry paper towel.
- 4). Dab the front of the stamp against a pad of ink. It may take five or more light dabs to completely coat the stamp.
- 5). Press the stamp firmly against a sheet of paper.
