How to Decorate Paper Craft File Folders
- 1). Place a file folder flat on a table and open it completely. Adhere decorative stickers to the front and back.
- 2). Draw designs such as spirals, swirls, zigzags or dots around the stickers using paint pens. Allow the paint to dry for 20 minutes.
- 3). Trace around the painted lines and around the stickers using glitter glue. This will make the designs and stickers stand out. Allow the glitter glue to dry for 20 minutes before using the file folder.
