What"s So Great About Weight Watchers?

Hello hello hello, fellow dieters.
Yes, I am on a diet.
I hate diets.
Always have.
Probably always will.
Why, do you ask, do I hate diets so much? Well, I LOVE food.
Love it.
Have to have it, or else I will die.
So will most people.
We all need food to survive.
The problem I have is that I don't just eat it to survive, I eat it to make me happy.
Now, I am not a HUGE person.
I have about 20 pounds to lose or so.
To some that may sound RIDICULOUS, that I shouldn't complain about only having to lose 20 pounds.
But when you struggle to lose even ONE pound, 20 pounds is a big deal.
I have been on this roller coaster for about 3 years now.
I started wanting to lose 10 pounds.
Didn't work.
Now I have 20 to lose.
I, like many people, do GREAT for a week or 2.
I buy all healthy food, low fat, low calorie foods.
THEN all of a sudden have a craving for something salty and tell myself "oh, I'll eat this and then tomorrow I will be really good.
" Then I start rationalizing.
I say, "if I eat this cookie, I'll skip dinner.
" Of course then I DON'T skip dinner, so I have to tell myself that "tomorrow I'll just eat all fruits and veggies, no fat.
" Well, for breakfast there is this giant bag of sugary cereal just staring me down saying "eat me, eat me.
" And so the vicious cycle goes on and on.
What do I do??? Well, a few of my friends have have loads of luck with Weight Watchers.
I have been on this plan for a MONTH now, can you believe it? What's so great about Weight Watchers, do you ask? Well, there is a reason it's the number one weight loss program in America.
