- 1). Seat the baby in a highchair or a seat so that he or she is sitting upright and is securely strapped in.
- 2). Get the yogurt and the spoon ready. You may want to put a bib on the baby, as feeding yogurt can get messy.
- 3). Start feeding the baby by scooping small amounts of yogurt into his or her mouth. At first, the baby might make a face or spit out the yogurt. Make sure not to force him or her to eat it.
- 4). Keep offering the yogurt until the baby indicates that he or she is done by clamping his or her mouth shut or turning the head.
