- 1). Familiarize yourself with the APA's "Ethical Principles Of Psychologists And Code Of Conduct" and the "APA Ethical Committee Rules And Procedures." Both can be found online at apa.org.
- 2). Draft a letter to the APA which includes the name and state of the psychologist, your name and mailing address, a one-line statement that you are interested in filing a complaint and a description of the behavior which you wish to complain about.
