Cora Mussely Tsouflidou created the first Cora's Breakfast & Lunch restaurant in 1987, focusing on French toast, crepes, omelets, cheese, cereal and lots of fruit. Cora's huge, colorful breakfast plates often include two or three servings of fresh fruit in addition to the breakfast order. Cora in Barrie is open daily until 3:00 p.m.
