ADD Signs and Symptoms - 3 Tips to Help You Understand ADD Quickly

Although there are many different symptoms people with ADD have, here are 3 quick tips to help you learn and understand the disorder.
1.
If You Get Bored and Side Tracked Easily - Of course not everyone that gets bored and sidetracked easily has ADD.
There are big variations of this: Do you notice this consistently? Are you trying your very best to concentrate but no matter what you do you still get side tracked? 2.
Toughness To Begin To Start Something New - Again this does not mean that everyone that has a hard time doing new things has ADD but it is just major symptom of the disorder.
Does it sound like you that you want to get started doing something but do not get around to it? Do you ever tell yourself that you are going to do some laundry but keep watching the television instead? 3.
Having a Hard Time Sitting Still - Well many people have a hard time sitting still for a long period of time so do not think you have ADD automatically if you find yourself constantly moving when you are sitting down.
Just think to yourself if you feel like it being abnormal.
Do you feel like you are doing it uncontrollably? Have friends and family ever told you that you should stop moving around when you are sitting down? If any of these 3 tips I have just gone over sound like you or someone you know then maybe you do have ADD.
The more you learn about the disorder the easier it is controlled.
