Add a stop bead by stringing and then looping the string back through the bead a few times. This will keep your beads from slipping. - 3). Take one end of the beading string and add an even number of beads.
- 4). Start the next row by adding a bead. Then take the string back through the second bead in the previous row, skipping the first one. Keep adding one bead at a time and taking the string back. Skip every other bead in the previous row. Try to keep the string tense, but not so tight that it breaks or becomes too stiff to work with.

Start the next row by adding a new bead and repeating Step 4. Continue until your bracelet reaches your desired length.
