  The Panari Hotel is a new hotel development in Nairobi, Kenya, which acts as a transit airport for Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (JKIA). It is also the headquarters of the Kenya Airports Authority office in Nairobi. It offers views of the African grasslands and serves as a transfer point for those on their way to a safari vacation or passing through on business.

• The accommodation at the Panari Hotel is classed into standard, superior, deluxe and the Royal Jade Suite. Rooms situated on one side of the hotel provide views of Nairobi National Park and its wildlife, giving a preview for people on a safari vacation. Rooms include en-suite bathrooms, satellite television, high-speed Internet access and voicemail.

• The main restaurant in the hotel is the Red Garnet, which offers buffet meals and views of Nairobi National Park. The Amber Coffee Shop offers an a la carte menu and wireless Internet connectivity. There are two hotel bars, the Crystal Bar and the Juice Bar, where guests can enjoy drinks, in addition to bars and restaurants in the Panari Sky Center.

• The hotel is located just five minutes from the airport on the main road into Nairobi. It is the only transit hotel near the airport. With Nairobi being the main international hub for air travel in East Africa, the hotel can provide a welcome break for travelers waiting for a flight connection onward and help them avoid travel into the city of Nairobi, which is a 40-minute drive. For those starting a vacation, it means that the traveler does not have to stay in the bustle of Nairobi and its potentially unsafe areas.
  
  The hotel is also close to Nairobi National Park, where visitors can go and view the local wildlife. Other attractions include the animal orphanage 20 minutes drive away at the Langata gate of the park.
