Download WatchGuard Mobile VPN Software

• 1). Go to the WatchGuard website to purchase the SSL VPN product. Alternatively, you can log in to WatchGuard and download the Mobile VPN with SSL client software (see Resources).
  
  
• 2). Copy the End User Profile (.wgx) file to the computer's C drive. You may need to contact your network administrator for this file.
  
  
• 3). Double-click the setup file to install the program. This will launch the Installation Wizard. Follow the prompts to install the software. Verify that there is a check in the box for the "Start PDA Installation" option.
  
  
• 4). Double-click the WatchGuard Mobile VPN WM icon to open the program. Click the "Configuration" option and select "Profile Import." This will display the Select User Profile screen.
  
  
• 5). Click the "Browse" button and locate the End User Profile that you copied to the C drive. Click the "Next" button to continue. This will display the Decrypt User Profile screen.
  
  
• 6). Enter the shared key into the text box. You may need to contact your network administrator for the shared key. Click the "Next" button to continue. This will display the Authentication screen.
  
  
• 7). Leave the username and password fields blank. Click the "Next" button to continue. Click the "Finish" button to complete the process.
  
  

Install on Windows Mobile Device

• 1). Connect the Windows Mobile device to the computer using the device's USB cord. Double-click the WatchGuard Mobile VPN VM icon to open the program. A confirmation box will appear on the screen.
  
  
• 2). Click the "Yes" button to install the program on the Windows Mobile device. Click the "OK" button when the Information box appears on the screen. Wait while the program is installed on the Windows Mobile Device.
  
  
• 3). Click the "OK" button when the Application Downloading Complete dialog box appears on the screen.
  
  
• 4). Select the "Profile" drop down and select the Profile to transfer to the Windows Mobile device. Click the "Upload" button to transfer the profile.
  
  

Connect to VPN

• 1). Tap the "Start" menu and go to "Programs" on your Windows Mobile device. Tap the selection for "WatchGuard Mobile VPN Monitor." This will open a dialog box.
  
  
• 2). Click the "Connect" button. Type your username and password in the text boxes.
  
  
• 3). Click the "OK" button to connect to the VPN.
