Leonardo DiCaprio Scoops Up "In Dark Woods"

The screenwriter of the 2005 remake of "The Longest Yard," Sheldon Turner, had his latest pitch idea snatched up by Leonardo DiCaprio's company, Appian Way.

While details of the script are being closely guarded, Turner's "In Dark Woods" is thought to be a dark thriller.

DiCaprio's Appian Way has been busy purchasing projects, with the company attached to "Gardener of Eden," "The Chancellor Manuscript," and "Cat's Cradle."

DiCaprio will next be seen in front of the cameras in "The Departed" for director Martin Scorsese.
