Kids will enjoy a miniature version of the kid-friendly taco. Use scoopable bowl-shaped tortilla chips and fill them with a spoonful of taco meat. Sprinkle on shredded cheese, tomatoes, olives or any other taco dressings you choose. - Just the name of this food makes kids love it. Pigs in a blanket are traditionally a breakfast dish but you can easily modify it as an appetizer. Roll out refrigerated dough and cut it into small strips. Take mini sausages and roll a piece of dough around each sausage. Bake the pigs in a blanket until the dough is cooked. Provide ketchup or barbecue sauce for dipping.

Pizza is probably one of the most beloved kids' foods. Create a pizza-inspired appetizer with pizza fondue. Brown ground beef or turkey burger and add it to a crock pot with pizza sauce and mozzarella and cheddar cheese. After the mixture has warmed, provide cubes of bread or pizza crust to dip for a fondue that tastes just like pizza. - Incorporate fruit and vegetables into your kid-friendly appetizers. Assemble fruit and vegetable skewers for a fun rainbow of colors. Use a melon baller and assemble a bowl of watermelon, cantaloupe and honeydew balls. Use celery, peanut butter and raisins to create ants on a log or provide kids with a tray of various veggies including broccoli, celery, carrots, cucumbers and tomatoes and a box of toothpicks and encourage them to make vegetable-inspired cars, people or art.
- Crescent Butterflies are a new take on the traditional pigs in a blanket. Roll out refrigerated dough and cut out the dough using butterfly-shaped cookie cutters. Place a piece of snack sausage or miniature sausages in the middle of each butterfly. Brush the dough with melted butter and bake the butterflies until the dough is cooked.
