Bateaux New York

• The Bateaux New York dinner cruise ship is European in design, with hardwood dance floors and an all-glass deck layout that provides superb views. The gourmet dinner includes appetizers such as lobster bisque and pate de campagne. Entrees include beef short ribs, oven-roasted salmon and Mediterranean vegetable purse. Dessert features panna cotta (Italian confection made of cream, milk and sugar) and New York-style cheesecake. Beverages include wine and other spirits. Live jazz, blues and classical music comprise the main entertainment throughout the cruise. Throughout the evening, you'll cruise past Chelsea Piers, the Empire State Building, Battery Park and the World Trade Center site.
