Panic Attack Disorder

Right now, you are reading something from someone that deals with this disorder.
We would like to continue by giving you some facts we have learned about these attacks.
Take note that this is not your normal situation of feeling worries, stress or anxiety.
This is a situation that is much more powerful and many individuals do not understand it.
You see, many think they have panic attacks, but it's likely to be stress, worries or anxiety.
Generally, the attacks we experience last for a couple of minutes.
When these attacks start to happen often and you start to fear the next one, then you have this disorder.
Some of the symptoms we have noticed from our attacks are dizzy, lightheaded, chest pains, fear of dying, fear of losing control, breathing difficulty, sweating and fear of going crazy.
By just being reminded about those symptoms, we are fearing that next attack.
Alone, in the United States, it is said that four million individuals are suffering from this disorder.
However, the number is probably higher than this.
Many do not realize they have this disorder until they go to the doctor.
It is estimated that around thirteen percent of the individuals in this world have anxiety disorder.
This means thirteen people out of every one hundred people have some type of anxiety disorder.
In many cases, the attack will come about in the early adulthood or late teens.
When the problems starts to get worse, the individual who is suffering from the problem starts to avoid certain situations.
This leads to an even more serious situation known as agoraphobia.
