How to Install an Air Conditioning Filter in My Acura RL

- 1). Open the glove box. Unhook the stop bar on the right side of the open glove box.
- 2). Push the walls of the open glove box toward the middle of the glove box. This releases the glove box from the dash. Allow the glove box to hang down toward the floor of the Acura RL.
- 3). Pull the filter frame toward the rear of the vehicle to remove it from the filter compartment.
- 4). Remove the old filter from the filter frame.
- 5). Insert the new filter into the filter frame. Make sure the plastic tabs along the edges of the filter frame are on top of the filter material.
- 6). Slide the filter frame into the filter compartment.
- 7). Lift the glove box back up to its normal open position. Hook the stop bar back into place on the right side of the glove box.
