Located in eastern Florida, the Indian River stretches for 100 miles. Its waters host a wide range of small to mid-size vessels for tours and cruises. Most vessels require reservations. Privately reserved events include weddings, business parties, romantic dinners or picnic lunches during sunset. Schools can also reserve boats for educational trips. - This cruise service has many customized trips down the river, including an afternoon sail, a sunset sail and a picnic lunch sail. The normal rates are $50 per person and the maximum capacity on the ship is four to six persons. There is also the option for a personal chef, which, of course, raises the rates.
