My Perfect Parisian Photo Books

My boyfriend took me to Paris recently, where I had the time of my life. I was completely spoilt and the whole experience was very much the romantic thing we have ever done together. I highly recommend going to experience such a beautiful city, but most of all I would recommend taking a good camera.

Before Paris I brought myself a new digital camera so that I could document my whole experience, I am so glad that I did. But instead of keeping all my files tucked away on a hard drive somewhere or a USB key fob; I had my images made into photo books. This was an excellent way to document what was ultimately one of the best holidays I had ever been on.

Some of my images I had taken into black and white, as they are flattering and capture shapes well. The city pictures I took in black and white came out very well, and there are even a few pictures of me stood outside the stunning boutiques. I wanted to keep every memory alive so my photo books are larger than standard photos, it really does bring them to life.

The best part of my Paris trip was when my boyfriend proposed! We even had the waiter take a picture of us together with our champagne celebrating. I look so happy and so does he! I shall definitely want to keep that special memory forever and with my Paris photo books I will never forget all of the small details that made that evening complete.

I also experimented with some photography once I was in France, because the city is so beautiful it is easy to get confident in capturing some brilliant images. Little memories of what the en suite bathroom looked like when we arrived covered in real rose petals. Small things like that, that you cannot trust your mind to remember forever.

Every time I look in my photo books I am overwhelmed with emotion and have even bee able to add text to some of the pictures, which remind me of conversations me and my boyfriend had. One day I hope to show off these photo books to my children and show them where their father and I met. Next year we are planning on going again after the wedding to remind us how wonderful our little trip away was. No doubt I shall have to take my camera again so I can cherish everything.
