How To Be Happy in 3 Easy Steps

As many of you know there are numerous ways to search for happiness. It may include taking a trip to visit a family member whom you haven't seen for awhile, purchasing your first home or having a baby. Whatever you desire and achieve could make you happy but what I'm referring to is the happiness that comes from within you. It is helpful when you come to the realization that you are living with yourself throughout your lifetime and throughout eternity. You can't run away from yourself. Your life could be easier and smoother if you embrace self-love and self-worth. Taking this step will open the door to your true happiness.

Here is a way in which you can find happiness. Imagine a triangle with it's three points. The top point of the triangle stands for truth and integrity. At the base there is compassion (empathy) and unconditional love that completes the triangle. If you live with truth, compassion and unconditional love then you will have the three keys to your inner happiness. These keys can help you to open the door in being happy with your life. When you come from a place of truth with compassion and unconditional love, then the world doesn't seem so overwhelming. You will feel more encouraged to become a part of the human experience instead of being an observer. You will have more clarity and discernment when making choices and decisions that could affect important aspects of your life. This could be a lifesaver in being able to live with love, peace and joy instead of chaos, confusion, sadness and other negative energies.

As with everything in life, we are the ones who choose between the easier road or the more difficult one. When we make choices and decisions from the standpoint of not being clear then our outcome is usually not for our highest good. On the other hand, when we make choices and decisions when we have clarity then our outcome is more likely to be for our highest good and many times for the highest good of all those concerned.

Do you want to be happy with yourself and with others? Do you want to be able to make the wisest choices and decisions that will be for your highest good and the highest good of others? Oftentimes it seems difficult to live every day with a positive attitude. This tool could assist you in changing your perspectives on life. A tool that could possibly bring the joy that has eluded you.

Choosing happiness is by far the easier choice.
