  Hope is a community of about 8,000 people, 96 miles east of Vancouver at the confluence of the Fraser and Coquihalla rivers in British Columbia, Canada. It is surrounded by mountains, but has mild winters and comfortable summers, located only two hours from the warm and moist airstreams of the Pacific. • Hope Windsor in downtown Hope is about an hour and a half from Vancouver. It features family suites equipped with kitchens. All 24 units are large and spacious, and have full baths, color television, microwave ovens, hairdryers, and coffee makers. A private patio has views of the mountains, with some rooms overlooking a memorial park and a Japanese garden. • The Colonial 900 is an 18-unit motel nestled under Mount Hope, directly across from the Coquihalla River. This colonial-style motel with well-manicured gardens is a two diamond rated CAA/AAA facility. All rooms are large and spacious, many of them with separate sitting areas.
