Feeling Stressed Out? - Try EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique)

In today's world lots of people have to cope with different sources of everyday life stresses.
For some people this means having financial problems, for others it might mean coping with a serious disease - doesn't matter what brings you stress, it makes you tensed and gives you a feeling of unease.
Now, what if I told you, there was a completely safe way of getting rid of whatever it is that makes you stressed and that you can do it yourself right now? Might sound a bit unbelievable and crazy right? But maybe you might just want to give it a try.
So, what exactly is EFT? EFT is a technique that concentrates on stimulating different acupressure points on your body to get rid of whatever bothers you, while thinking about the problem.
What you need to do is just take 5 minutes for yourself, sit down and start tapping.
It is as easy like that.
It doesn't matter what is your problem, EFT works on everything (sometimes needs just a little persistence to see remarkable results of doing it).
Let's say you are having a headache.
Now, what you need to do is start tapping on the side of your hand while saying this phrase 3 times: " Even though I have this headache, I deeply and completely accept myself".
Then you tap through all the acupressure points on your body (shown on the picture as points 1 to 11) while saying: " This headache".
And to end the procedure simply take a deep breathe and drink a sip of water.
Your headache should get less intense and eventually after some more rounds of tapping subside completely.
