How to Remove the Rear Seat From a F-150

- 1). Locate the three bolts in the front of the F-150 rear seat on the floorboard and unfasten the nuts with a socket wrench. The bolts are spaced out with one on the driver side, one on the passenger side and one in the middle of the floorboard.
- 2). Find the three attachment points on the back seat that connect to the metal bar on the back of the cab. Pull up on the back seat by hand just above the attachment points to unfasten the back seat from the cab.
- 3). Lift the top section of the back seat out of the cab and find the Torx bolts on the back of the seat cushion that secure the seat belts. Unfasten the Torx bolts with a Torx wrench and remove the seatbelts.
- 4). Lift the rear seat out of the F-150 cab to complete the removal of the rear seat.
