- 1). Cut the sleeves off of an oversized tee shirt. Drape the tee shirt over your body. The tee shirt should stretch down to your mid-thighs or knees. Secure a brown or black belt around your waist.
- 2). Wear a pair of brown sandals on your feet. Put brown or black sweatbands around your wrists and one around your head.
- 3). Squint your face to make wrinkles in your forehead. Use face paint or eyeliner pencil to darken in the wrinkles to give your face character and age. Brush a thin layer of nontoxic latex glue on the backside of a fake grey beard. Press the beard onto your chin and cheeks. Hold for 30 seconds until the glue dries.
- 4). Shade in outlines of muscles on your arms, shoulders and legs. Dab face powder all over your face and body to prevent any paint from smearing.
