Web MD's Physician Directory

• 1). Visit WebMD's physician directory web page.
  
  
• 2). Type "California," a California city name or California zip code into the "ZIP or City, State or State" text box.
  
  
• 3). Enter a physician's name into the "Doctor's Last Name" box, or click one of the categories underneath the "Search by Specialist" option.
  
  
• 4). Click "Find a Doctor." A new page appears. A "CAPTCHA" verification code appears on the new page.
  
  
• 5). Type the listed code inside the box found beneath the verification code. Click "Submit." A list of physicians appears on a new page. The phone number and address for the physician is listed beneath his name.
  
  

Health Grades

• 1). Go to the "Specialty Directory" web page on the Health Grades website.
  
  
• 2). Click one of the specialties listed on the page. A list of states appears on the next page.
  
  
• 3). Click "California." One hundred California cities appear on a new page.
  
  
• 4). Click the city you live in or the city closest to you. A list of physicians in and around the chosen city appears on a new page.
  
  
• 5). Click a physician's name. A new page opens. The phone number, address and even reviews for the selected physician are on the page.
  
  

AppointmentNet

• 1). Visit the "Select a City in California" page on the AppointmentNet website.
  
  
• 2). Click the first letter of the California city you live in or the city closest to you at the top of the page (for example "A" for Anaheim).
  
  
• 3). Click the city name inside the window on the left side of the page.
  
  
• 4). Click one of the specialties listed on the next page (for example "Cardiology"). A list of physicians within 100 miles of the selected city, as well as specific location and contact information for those physicians, appears on the next page.
