When the window opens, click on the name of the toolbar to highlight it. Click the "Change/Remove Program" to start the UninstallShield Wizard." Allow the program to uninstall the toolbar. In all versions, when the UninstallShield Wizard finishes, click "Restart Now" in the dialogue box, confirming the removal is complete. You have removed the toolbar.
