10 Remedies to Overcome Sleeping Problems

People are born with certain sleep pattern tendencies due to their DNA brain patterns.
Two general categories are the "night owls" or "morning people.
" Going along with the natural tendencies will go along way to helping sleeping problems.
That's easy to correct if you are retired or on vacation.
Sometimes a change of job that adjusts to your natural sleep pattern is necessary.
Other times you can use the weekends to catch up on extra sleep lost during working hours, or for night owls continue to try and sleep later so you can adjust to a later work day 2.
For night owls having to get up early for work, use coffee or tea in the morning but none after 4 p.
